Canine Mind is the website of Lizi Angel. Lizi is an independent Dog Behaviour Psychologist serving the North Oxfordshire, South Northamptonshire, South & East Warwickshire and West Buckinghamshire areas of the UK. Dogs (as well as an extensive menagerie of other creatures) have been part of her life since childhood, and for the past 20 (adult) years her practical experience living with, observing and training dogs, working in kennels, and puppy socialising for Banbury based assistance dog charity, Dogs for the Disabled, has contributed greatly to her formal knowledge of canine psychology and behaviour.

Lizi holds Diplomas in Canine Behaviour Psychology and Animal Communication, has completed a Canine First Aid Training Course, and is a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals and the International Positive Dog Training Association. Ever keen to increase her knowledge and skills, she is currently studying for a qualification in Merishia canine massage.

Offering 1-2-1 behaviour advice and training for adult dogs and puppies, Lizi advocates a holistic approach to behaviour therapy, helping owners to understand what dogs really need to be physically, mentally and emotionally healthy in order to reach and resolve the source, not the symptoms, of problematic behaviour. Lizi is also an Animal Communicator and an animal Reiki Practitioner, and presents workshops on a variety of subjects including canine body language and safe handling, the neurobiology of touch, and Animal Communication.
