PUPPY BEHAVIOUR ADVICE AND TRAINING

For puppies under 6 months of age. Puppy ownership should be a joyful time, however, lots of new puppy owners find themselves out of their depth and unable to effectively handle many common and normal puppy behaviours, resulting in a frustrating and exhausting experience. The good news is that I can help!

My hands-on puppy sessions are designed to give new puppy owners the knowledge to recognise normal puppy behaviour and the skills to re-direct the undesirable aspects of puppy behaviour into rewarding, constructive, and above all, fun activities for all. Sessions are geared around yours and your puppy's specific needs, and could include areas such as ...

... what to expect in the first year
... advice on spaying and neutering
... house-training
... crate training
... travelling in the car
... walking on the lead
... basic obedience training (e.g. sit, down, stay, come, etc)
... greeting people
... chewing and other potentially destructive (but usually normal) behaviours
... dietary advice
... play and games

Please note that my working area is within a 30 minute drive of Middleton Cheney, Oxfordshire.

PUPPY SESSION FEES

Introductory session ~ £60.00.
This is a 2-hour session in you own home with hands-on practical guidance and training for you and your puppy. Also includes appropriate handouts.

Individual follow-up sessions ~ £25.00 per hour.
If needed, to keep you and your puppy on the right track to a rewarding and happy life together.

Block of 6 follow-up sessions ~ £120.00.
Weekly 1 hour sessions suitable for continuing your puppy's basic obedience training, and to keep on top of any behaviour 'niggles'.

Advice and support via text, phone or e-mail ~ free (excluding your own service providers' fees and call charges) until your puppy is 1 year old.
